Pricing FAQ

Are there any recurring fees on the Basic or Pro plans?

No. Basic ($199) and Pro ($399) are one-time fees. Your only ongoing costs are your VPS hosting ($5–20/month) and LLM API usage. The Managed plan ($99/month) includes the VPS and all maintenance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We invoice via email and accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is due before setup begins.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?

Yes. If you start with Basic and later want Supermemory persistent memory and multi-channel access, you can upgrade. We charge the difference ($200) plus a $50 migration fee.

Is the Managed plan month-to-month?

Yes. The Managed plan ($99/month) is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
