4. Server Access and Data Handling

During the setup process, we require temporary root or sudo access to your VPS. We take this responsibility seriously:

• Server credentials are used exclusively for the contracted setup work
• We do not copy, store, or back up any data from your server beyond what is needed for the setup
• Upon completion, all access credentials are rotated and full ownership is transferred to you
• We do not retain server access after the handover is complete
• For Managed plan customers, we maintain access only as required to perform agreed upon maintenance tasks

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these cases:

• With payment processors to complete transactions
• When required by applicable US federal or state law, or legal process
• To protect our rights or the safety of our users

6. Data Security

We use industry standard security practices to protect your information. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Email communications containing sensitive information (such as server credentials) should use encrypted channels when possible.
